Barbecues Policy

Barbecues cannot be used on any balcony.

Barbecues are only permitted on terraces and ground floor gardens, providing there are no windows, doors or balconies that overhang above and barbecues must not cause a nuisance to any other residents.

Therefore ground floor flats with dwellings above are not permitted to have barbecues. Only townhouses and flats on the top floor with a terrace are permitted to have barbecues.

Please note that residents of the townhouses and flats on the top floor of a building with a terrace (i.e. no apartments above) that are permitted to have BBQs, should make sure steps are taken to ensure compliance of health and safety guidance for barbeques and that these are never left unattended.

If you sublet your flat please make your tenant aware.
